In the world of bookmaking, perfection is a byproduct of subtraction.

To create the clean, uniform edges of a Loksutr book, we trim the handmade paper sheets to size. What falls is not waste. It carries the same grain, the same texture, the same spirit as the pages that hold the myths we publish.

These are objects made from what the workshop leaves behind.

The Offcuts sketchbooks are stitched from the trimming remnants of our books. The Accordian drawing book is made from the paper that was too rough for a clean print — and exactly right for drawing with acrylic, oil, ink, and watercolour.

Both are limited. We cannot make more until the next book is trimmed.
